Job Description

We are seeking sales specialists with a strong passion for software solution selling in the Delhi NCR. You would be responsible to cover entire sales-cycle, starting from suspecting, prospecting, opportunity development, proving value, and sales closure.

Experience: 3+ years

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assigned to multiple Government and Institutional accounts, you will be responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Represents the entire range of Company products, Solutions, and services to assigned customers.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
