National Key Account Manager – Manufacturing

Job Location: New Delhi
Minimum Qualification: B. Tech in Mechanical or Masters in relevant field
Experience: 5+ years

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients in the manufacturing industry. They will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving revenue through strategic account management.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for achieving revenue growth goals from assigned accounts (new and existing).
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain high engagement & satisfaction levels. Consistently increase customer NPS YOY.
Manage all recurring contracts to ensure 100 % on time renewal & revenue target achievement.
Deep engagement with these customers to expand our basket of complimentary products & services.
Exhaustive networking and relationship building with all stakeholders in these customers.
Maintain record of all customer details & communication in CRM and other formats.
Keeping oneself updated with OEM certification as required.
